 Review replacement schedule for equipment. Adjust items / replacement as

necessary.

 Review road and culvert projects and rank them in order of importance.

 Discuss schedule for sidewalk installation or upgrade.

7:45 PM Fire Department

 Review and discuss a replacement schedule for gear and equipment.

 Review and discuss training requirements.

 Discuss potential facilities upgrade or repair needs.

8:15 PM Parks and General Expenses

 Review and discuss any upgrades or repairs to recreation facilities or to parks

 Review and discuss general requirements including Zoning, legal, internet,

communications, depot repair and maintenance.

8:45 PM – Executive Session if needed to discuss salary and wages.
