Announcement: The Trustees for the Village of North Bennington will hold a

Special meeting for budget planning on December 3, 2024 at 6:30 PM. The meeting

will be held at the Depot, Main & Depot St, and virtually via the Zoom platform (in

accordance with H.681 section 6). Participants may use a computer or telephone to

 Review replacement schedule for equipment. Adjust items / replacement as necessary.

 Review road and culvert projects and rank them in order of importance.

 Discuss schedule for sidewalk installation or upgrades

7:00 PM Fire Department

 Review and discuss a replacement schedule for gear and equipment.

 Review and discuss training requirements.

 Discuss potential facilities upgrade or repair needs.

7:25 PM Parks Recreation – Tree Committee

 Review and discuss any upgrades or repairs to recreation facilities or to parks

 Present needs / ideas from Tree Committee

7:45 PM General Expenses

 Review and discuss General Expenses including Zoning, legal, internet, communications,

depot repair and maintenance.

 Discuss creating new reserve funds for emergency planning

8:00 PM – Executive Session if needed to discuss salary and wages, otherwise motion to adjourn.
