The primary purpose of the meeting is a continuation of the review of the working draft of the

Zoning Bylaw, specifically Sections Section 5.1.13 Recreational Vehicle Tracks, 6 Districts vis-

à-vis Act 47, and Section 7. Additionally, the changes to the Development Review Board

members will be discussed.

7:00 PM Query for public comment; revise agenda if needed

7:05 PM Review and approve previous meeting notes

7:10 PM Review Development Review Board members changes.

7:20 PM Review Meeting with Shaftsbury Planning Commission

7:30 PM Review of Newly Proposed Section 5.1.13 Recreational Vehicle Tracks

7:40 PM Review the Tables of Section 6, Districts (Subcommittee Report focused on Act

47)

8:20 PM Brief review of Section 7, Criteria for Project Reviews (Proposed Revisions)

8:30 PM Conclude Meeting
