AGENDA

The primary purpose of the meeting is a continuation of the review of the working draft of the

Zoning Bylaw, specifically Sections Section 5.1.12 (briefly), 6 Districts, and Section 7 (briefly).

Both Sections 5.1.12 and Section 7 require the Commission’s direction before the draft text can

be taken to the next level of development. Section 6 has been prepared for the Commission’s

input.

7:00 PM Query for public comment; revise agenda if needed

7:05 PM Review and approve previous meeting notes

7:10 PM Welcome Joe MacBeth to the Commission and review of ex officio members’

roles.

7:15 PM Brief review of Section 5.1.12 Wireless Telecommunications Facilities

7:20 PM Review the Tables of Section 6, Districts

7:35 PM Brief review of Section 7, Criteria for Project Reviews

8:30 PM Conclude Meeting

the beginning of the relevant agenda item.
